Abbi Jutkowitz

Abbi Jutkowitz is an editor of documentaries, shorts, television, and feature narrative films. Her work has screened at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), in Un Certain Regard at Cannes, at the Tribeca Film Festival, the Sundance Film Festival, and has appeared on HBO, History Channel, and in theaters internationally. Abbi’s editor credits include AS YOU ARE, which was awarded a Special Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival; LIZZIE, released by Roadside Attractions and starring Chloe Sevigny and Kristen Stewart; SATURDAY CHURCH, a musical released by Samuel Goldwyn Films; and the forthcoming film DREAMLAND, produced by and starring Margo Robbie. Abbi was the Additional Editor on a suite of three feature films: THE DISAPPEARANCE OF ELEANOR RIGBY HIM, HER, THEM, and Supervising Editor of Jason Hanasik’s A CHILDHOOD ON FIRE. Other notable credits from her over 16 years in the film industry include SUPER SIZE ME, CHICAGO 10, and THE DARJEELING LIMITED. In 2016, Abbi was awarded the Sally Menke Editing Fellowship at the Sundance Directors Lab. She is a member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild (MPEG) and an associate member of American Cinema Editors (A.C.E.). Abbi is currently serving as an editing mentor for SFFILM’s FilmHouse Residency program.
