Joe Pavlo

Joe Pavlo grew up in Minnesota, studied Fine Art at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and has been living in London, England for over 30 years. He has worked as a director on short films, commercials and promos, and as a visual effects artist on over one hundred feature films and television projects. His credits include Band of Brothers, The DaVinci Code, Star Wars Episode II and Disney’s Jungle Book. He won his first Emmy in 2005 for his work as Visual Effects Supervisor on the Life and Death of Peter Sellers and his second in 2006 again as Visual Effects Supervisor for the HBO/BBC drama series Rome.
