Rachel “Elle” Diken

Rachel “Elle” Diken’s creative background as a filmmaker, screenwriter, playwright, and actor is balanced with her corporate operations and speaking experience. Awards include a 2018 Council on the Arts Fellowship.

Elle founded OCIA Productions LLC in late 2017 when the OCIA film slate produced its first feature documentary, for which Elle directed the filming of more than 50 original interviews, archival & veritae footage, and 15 live events across the U.S. She also wrote the screenplay for the OCIA slate’s second project, a limited TV series in development.

Elle has been featured as a speaker at events such as the curated salon series Interesting People In Interesting Times. She feels most fulfilled when she engages her blended business and creative wheelhouse to help creators, projects, companies and events reach original breakthrough results.
