Roshi  Givechi

Roshi Givechi is a filmmaker, design innovator, and facilitator whose work enhances connection and elevates experiences. She spent 19 years at global design firm IDEO, most recently as Partner and Executive Design Director, leading projects centered on narrative, systems thinking, and human-centered change.

Her design roots inform a documentary practice grounded in dialogue and visualization. Her short documentary, My Family Trees, received 29 festival selections and awards, including Best Short Documentary and Best Film Debut. She later worked on Beyond the Trees, which received eight awards, including Best Environmental Film at the LA Documentary Film Festival.

A certified Integral Facilitator, Givechi brings expertise in group dynamics and transformation. Her work is featured in Daniel Coyle’s The Culture Code: The Secrets of Highly Successful Groups, alongside examples from Pixar and the United States Navy SEALs.
