For decades, activist Dr. Jacqueline Echols has fought environmental racism in Atlanta where Black communities are disproportionately threatened by climate change, pollution, and gentrification. This observational documentary follows her enormous efforts of ecological protection, including her most significant challenge yet: stop construction of Cop City and prevent the destruction of one of Atlanta’s last remaining forests.
