WHO IS LISTENING? (working title) follows a group of neighbors and a local filmmaker pushed to the brink by low-frequency toxic noise as they take on a powerful transportation authority. Moving between human and animal stories and a high-stakes legal battle, the film exposes how corporate interests collide with public health, and what it costs when a home is no longer a refuge.
