Michael is a director, producer, and video drone pilot who captured stories from around the world for nearly 10 years. His first feature documentary, Coming Clean, won both the Best International Documentary and the Audience Award at the New York Independent Film Festival. Since completing his first feature in 2010, Michael has continued to work as a producer with various agencies and has created documentary programming for the US State Department, Kiva and various independent production companies. He is currently in production on his second feature documentary, El Forajido - The Cautionary Tale of Toño Bicicleta. He recently produced the NBA documentary, The First to Do It, the story of Earl Lloyd, the first African-American to play for the NBA. Michael has directed and produced projects in the Caribbean, Central America, Europe, Asia and across the United States.
