Southern-born filmmaker, Randy M. Salo, is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts in NYC. His last film, American Tale, received a Human Spirit Award from Loews Theater for its take on the Muslim experience in a post 9/11 world. He is currently developing his next documentary, a road trip that will bring him and his father back home to their Native American Ojibway tribe as well as his narrative feature length debut, Carolina Price. Randy is a member of IATSE Local 52 in New York City. He currently resides in Munich, Germany.
